WHAT IS MENTAL EXCELLENCE?
Mental excellence is a program of mental preparation in which athletes and other competitors learn how to make progress themselves, break down personal barriers and build a self-confident character. The program is based on an array of scientifically based tools, technical and practical exercises that an athlete learns and trains with the goal of automatizing and making progress in his performance.

How much time does it take to make progress?
If the athlete is regular and performs the given exercises at home and at competitions, progress is obvious during the first month.
Is the program only for athletes with issues?
The mental preparation program is for all athletes who want to improve their performance, advance in the sport they play and push their own boundaries every day. Can a gold Olympian be better than himself? Do those who do not have fitness or those who want better and more go to fitness training?
Is my child too young for mental preparation?
The program and content is fully adapted to the age of the child. When groups are formed, make sure that the children do not differ too much in age.
Is the program for all athletes?
The program is intended for individual and group sports.
Where do trainings take place?
Live trainings are held in the COIN Center at Put Murvice 16, Zadar. Online trainings are held via ZOOM platform or can be organized as part of a sports club or an organization.
What are the payment methods?
Payment can be through bank a account or at a bank.

Modern technology
Neuro-feedback allows an athlete to train the quality and length of his/her focus through real time quantity EEG feedback. An athlete receives direct feedback on focus quality during concentration exercises, video analysis of matches or audio stimuli.
