Toni Gauta
SPORTS PSYCHOLOGIST, MSc
He has a master in psychology with a professional exam and special permit in working on the psychological preparation of athletes. He has been working as a sports psychologist and tennis coach on the psychological preparation of athletes at Zadar Tennis Club since 2013.
He has achieved many academic and tennis accomplishments with the competition section at William Carey University such as “Honorable Mention” for tennis accomplishment at the NAIA Tennis Association, 2011, and “All Academics” for academic accomplishment at NAIA Tennis Association in 2011.
At the beginning of 2019, he opened “Metanoia”, the first center for sports psychology in Zadar dealing in the mental preparation of athletes and all those wishing to advance in their vocation. At the end of 2019, a cooperation started with the Croatian Football Club HNK Zadar where he systematically works with competitors, parents and coaches of all ages.
